UTC Fire & Security, specializing in manufacturing and supplying security technologies, has leased nearly 7,300 sq m of space in Heweliusza 18 office building in Gdańsk. The company will move into its new headquarters by the end of the year.
UTC will co-share the building with Trójmiasto.pl, Metsa Group Services and H&M Hennes & Mauritz, which are also relocating their offices to Heweliusza Street.
“The changing of our main office in Poland is a consequence of the company’s dynamic development. Furthermore, the proximity of the old town along with numerous shops and restaurants make it an interesting and convenient location for our employees”, comments Maciej Sobczyk, President of the Board, UTC Fire & Security.
