Warsaw, 23 July 2015 – JLL has appointed Tomasz Olszewski and Tomasz Puch as Regional Directors in the company’s structures.
Tomasz Olszewski has been promoted to Regional Director in the Industrial Department at JLL. Tomasz has 21 years' experience in industrial and warehouse market. He is responsible for services development and leasing projects supervision in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as buying and selling investment land. Tomasz provides strategic advisory services to tenants - both local companies and global corporations, in the area of needs identification, long-term lease strategy, search and selection of the best location, and negotiations. During his career he has advised, among others, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Nestlé, Antalis, Volkswagen, Gestamp, H&M, Coty, FM Logistic, Orsay, ACP Pharma and has participated in lease transactions totalling more than 1 million sq m. In addition, he has been involved in numerous acquisitions of industrial land of a total area in excess of 800 ha. Tomasz is also responsible for the creation of Internet strategy for JLL’s warehouse business line. He is the main creator of the warehousefinder.pl news portal and search engine – and is responsible for its development in Poland and implementation in other Central and Eastern Europe countries.
Tomasz graduated from Warsaw University's Faculty of Law and Administration.
Tomasz Puch has been promoted to Regional Director in the Office and Industrial Capital Markets department at JLL. Tomasz has 13 years' experience in commercial real estate market . He manages a team of experts specializing in sale/acquisition transactions of office and warehouse projects in Poland. His main area of expertise is providing strategic consulting services to leading investment funds operating in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Tomasz works with property owners in the process of creating sale strategies, leads sale process, and has experience in debt and equity raising projects. He advises in sale/acquisition transactions of both individual projects, and real estate portfolios. He has extensive expertise in the area of office transactions on regional markets. The volume of investment transactions finalized with Tomasz Puch’s advisory totals more than €6 billion.
Tomasz graduated from Cracow University of Economics in the field of Corporate Finance.
