The New episode of the Korean Cultural Center in Nordic Park

The Korean Cultural Center has decided to remain in the Nordic Park office building owned by Globalworth. The institution occupies over 1,100 square meters in the building, which will undergo a full modernization in the coming months. JLL Poland represented the tenant in the transaction.

The institution has been located in Nordic Park, occupying 1,128 square meters in the office building in Warsaw's Powiśle district. The Korean Cultural Center has chosen to stay in the building, extending the lease agreement, but the space will undergo renovation carried out by Reesco. The completion of the extensive modernization is planned for the end of August. In its new form, the Center will gain a fresh new image that will emphasize the character of this extraordinary cultural institution.

"The decision for the Korean Cultural Center to stay in Nordic Park for longer and plan an office transformation is great news and a confirmation of trust in us as the owner and manager of the building. The tenant joins those who renew their lease agreements and continue to develop the Globalworth community. The building's intimacy and friendly location are among the reasons why companies that have had their headquarters here for many years extend their cooperation with us and invest in their offices. The friendly surroundings and proximity to cultural points, among others, create excellent conditions for work and the development of the Center's activities." - says Anna Korwin-Kulesza, Asset Management & Leasing Director - Central & Northern Poland.

- By staying in the current location, the Korean Cultural Center will be able to continue enjoying all the advantages of Nordic Park - an excellent location of the office building, surrounded by greenery, yet still close to all the attractions of the capital. The building itself provides many amenities that the tenant is extremely satisfied with. The modernization of the Center will not be easy since it is not a traditional office space, but we believe that the result of the renovation will be an interesting, modern space perfectly suited to the needs of this institution.
