In 2020, JLL advised in office leased transactions totalling 63,000 sq m. This accounts for the largest 32% market share in the overall volume of transactions signed with participation from advisory firms. JLL also holds a leading position in Warsaw with a 34% market share (approx. 38,600 sq m) and in regional markets with a 30% market share (approx. 24 700 sq m). Among the regional cities, the best results were achieved by Wrocław, where a team of experts advised on lease transactions for offices with a total area of approx. 18,000 sq m, which gives a 63% market share.
