Warsaw, 12th November 2014 – Stryker Polska, a unit of the Stryker Corporation – the global leader in the orthopedic medical technology market and one of the largest corporations in the medical sector – extended its lease agreement of ca. 2,500 sq m of office and logistics-services space in Poleczki Business Park, Warsaw. The agreement was signed for another 6 years.
Experts from JLL advised the tenant on the renegotiation of lease terms.
Poleczki Business Park is one of the largest multifunctional business parks currently being developed in Poland and the CEE region as a whole. On the 14 ha plot there will ultimately be 15 buildings developed offering ca. 210,000 sqm of space for lease. The complex’s location ,in the southern part of Warsaw on the junction of Hołubcowa and Poleczki Streets, encourages both the conducting and developing of business activities. The business park is also in the vicinity of Puławska Street, Warsaw’s two southern ring roads, S2 and S79 as well as Warsaw Chopin Airport. Furthermore, in order to ensure the comfort of its tenants, Poleczki Business Park have set up two individual bus lines to transport employees.The first is between the complex and the Imielin metro line, and the second between Poleczki Business Park and Warsaw Chopin Airport. In addition, the complex will be equipped with a Vetrulio bicycle station.
