Warsaw, 23 May 2016 – Skanska Property Poland has entrusted international advisory firm JLL with the management of the Atrium 2 office building in Warsaw.
JLL will provide a full range of office property management services – from the swift takeover of Atrium 2's management, and maintaining the best and most effective relations with tenants to the overseeing of all the technical, operational, administrative and financial aspects of the building. All of JLL’s activities will be conducted in accordance with the building's sustainability policy and will ensure that tenants have a comfortable working environment.
Atrium 2 is situated in the very heart of Warsaw – on 1 Pereca Street and in close proximity to the Rondo ONZ roundabout. Its location is well-served by public transportation, including the second metro line. The building provides over 20,000 sq m of class A office space on 15 floors above ground. Tenants have 126 parking bays at their disposal along with approximately 40 bicycle racks. The project was designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable building introduced by Skanska and will be LEED Platinum certified.
Łukasz Mazurczak, Director of Office Operations, Property Management at JLL, adds: “Atrium 2 boasts numerous advantages such as its excellent location in the centre of Warsaw, access to public transportation, the highest finishing standard of office space as well as the application of pro-ecological solutions. It comprises an interesting office address for companies that value a healthy and comfortable working environment. We are glad of the opportunity to co-operate with Skanska Property Poland in this Warsaw-based investment.”
