Regus, one of the leading international providers of fully serviced and complex office space solutions, “tailored” office spaces and virtual offices, will launch its second location in Poznań. This time the global giant has selected an office building developed at 6 Aleja Niepodległości Street where it has leased over 1,000 sq m of space. Experts from JLL advised Regus on selecting the office location and preparing the company’s long-term lease strategy.
The launch of Regus’ second centre in Poznań confirms that the city remains an attractive business location. Poznań is well-recognized amongst national specialists and is highly favored by foreigners, who associate their professional future with the city. The new centre will be available for representatives of start-ups, small and medium companies as well as freelancers and large organizations.
The office building is one of the most recognizable buildings in Poznań. It is situated in an excellent, central location in close proximity to the Poznań University of Economics and Business, the Poznań Główny train station. Because the building is in the vicinity of the popular Stary Browar, one can go shopping, catch a movie or have a coffee with friends during or after office hours.
The building's owner is LHI which has been operating on the Polish market for 22 years and over 44 years in Europe. The company is an expert in the structural financing of real estate investment projects. LHI has so far concluded transactions worth seven billion PLN and continues to both develop and offer alternative real estate financing forms – as an organizer, co-investor and investor. LHI has expanded its business proposition by conducting investments in the public sector as well as revitalization projects. The company has also recently invested in the residential market as a developer. The shareholder of the LHI Group is the LHI Holding GmbH.
Regus is the leading provider of flexible workplace and mobile work solutions – the company has over 3000 locations worldwide. The company offers and manages conference rooms, office spaces, virtual offices, and business lounges for lease. Its proposition is dedicated to Polish companies as well as international organizations. Therefore, Regus is able to answer the demand from freelancers, people who work remotely, small and medium enterprises as well as large corporations. The company’s business activities corresponds to the growing global demand for flexible space.
JLL acts as advisor for Regus in selecting locations for new office in numerous countries within the EMEA region and Asia Pacific.
