The portfolio of tenants at Opera Office in Gdańsk has been joined by another company - PORR S.A., a leading general contractor on the construction market in Poland.

Euro STYL also renewed its existing lease agreement and expanded the company's area to 250 sq m.
Advisory firm JLL acts as the exclusive leasing agent for Opera Office.
Opera Office is characterized by a high standard of space and being well-served by road and public transport. Its location in a historic park as well as the property owner’s focus on the building's immediate surroundings create further advantages that are highly appreciated by employees of the companies in the office scheme. The decision by PORR to move to Opera Office as well as those already located there, to renew current lease agreements, underpins the reputation of the project as a desirable location
"Thanks to its location and quality, Opera is a project that offers one-of-a-kind assets and atmosphere. We are pleased that both our new and current clients appreciate the uniqueness of Opera and that we will have the opportunity to serve them during the next few years” comments Michał Proński from Sharow Capital, Asset Manager for Opera Business Center.
This class A-office building was delivered to market in August 2012 and offers 8,200 sq m of state-of-the-art office space. The scheme provides five floors above ground and one below which is a car park of 122 places. Opera Office is located in close proximity to the center of Gdańsk, near the city’s main arterial route - Aleja Zwyciestwa, bordering the Wrzeszcz district which serves as the city's shopping and services hub.
Opera Office is just a 6-minute walk from the Fast Urban Railway station and in proximity to numerous public transport lines. The building also has one of the highest car-to-space ratios in the Tri-City. In addition, a bicycle path is located nearby, while the object itself offers a range of amenities for cyclists. The building is distinguished by the high quality of finishing of its common areas and modern technological solutions. A unique feature of the building is its architecture, consisting of a glazed patio developed within the building, with a preserved forest reminiscent of the park that surrounds the investment.
