New tenants in CA Immo's Warsaw portfolio

Three buildings belonging to the Warsaw portfolio of CA Immo, will welcome an impressive number of five new tenants this year. BOKI Group, Polskie Centrum Naprawy Pojazdów and Rail Cargo Group will join the growing community at the Bitwy Warszawskiej Business Center while G.L. Pharma will be another tenant at Sienna Center. Also noteworthy is the lease of over 1,500 sqm of space in CA Immo’s Warsaw Spire C by The Shire. All buildings have BREEAM green certification. CA Immo was represented by JLL Poland agents in these transactions.

The Bitwy Warszawskiej Business Center office building is a seven-storey building offering nearly 18,000 sqm of office space. The building is located in Warsaw's Ochota district, between Grójecka Street and Jerozolimskie Avenue, in an attractive location near Szczęśliwiecki Park. Other parts of the city are within easy reach as the building’s location is well-served by road and public transport. The Bitwy Warszawskiej Business Center is also in close proximity to the Warszawa Centralna railway station and the Fryderyk Chopin International Airport. The companies BOKI Group, a manufacturer and supplier of doors, Polskie Centrum Naprawy Pojazdów, and Rail Cargo Group which offers logistics solutions, will lease 95 sqm, 220 sqm and 787 sqm in the building, respectively.

G.L. Pharma will occupy around 250 sqm of space at Sienna Center from June 2024. This centrally located building offers 19,000 sqm of rentable office space on nine floors. The office building is located in what is currently the capital's most desirable business district - Wola - at 73 Sienna Street. Due to its excellent location, the Sienna Center is close to the M2 Rondo Daszyńskiego and Rondo ONZ metro stations, as well as numerous tram and bus routes. Sienna Center's employees have the opportunity to use many of the surrounding amenities, including an extensive range of services, shops, cafés and restaurants. At the end of 2023, the well-known Miss Kimchi restaurant also opened on the ground floor of Sienna Center. In addition, the office building has been awarded green building certification - BREEAM at the "Very Good" level.

Warsaw Spire C is one of the most recognisable buildings in the capital's business centre. It is located close to Daszyńskiego Roundabout, the Daszyńskiego Roundabout metro station, an SKM station as well as a number of bus and tram lines. The office building offers almost 19,000 sqm of space on 14 floors above ground and five floors underground. The Warsaw Spire Complex has been designed in accordance with state-of-the-art technologies, ensuring efficient use of all space and with excellent levels of  natural daylight. Warsaw Spire C provides the perfect solution for a wide range of tenants, who will soon be joined by The Shire. The company, which offers an extensive range of flexible office and co-working solutions, will lease up to 1,553 sqm of space in the building.

The leasing of space by new tenants in such a short space of time is testament to the high standard of the Warsaw investments in the CA Immo portfolio.
