Warsaw's Mokotów Nova office building can now boast a list of achievements accomplished in 2024, both in terms of the number of newly signed as well as extended leases. The new year, meanwhile, began with obtaining BREEAM In-Use certification in the Management Performance category at the Excellent level, as well as with the start of the transformation that will be carried out at the complex. In the coming months, the building will be transformed into a green oasis, with more amenities and a new gastronomic offer.
Mokotów Nova attracts a wide range of tenants
The year 2024 has brought Mokotów Nova leases totalling almost 10,000 sq m and a significant increase in its tenant portfolio. Six new companies from a diverse range of sectors, from private investment, media, consulting to food additive manufacturing and catering, have chosen the site as their headquarters, occupying a total of more than 3,000 sq m of space. At the same time, eight existing tenants have reaffirmed their content and trust by renewing their contracts with a total area of around 7,000 sqm.
A green transformation
The year 2025 will be marked by a complex modernisation of Mokotów Nova. The plans include creating green outdoor patios open to residents, refreshing the common areas and introducing innovative solutions to meet modern users' needs. Work will begin inside the building from February, with modernisation and new design of the lobby, as well as technical and technological improvements. External works will start in the spring. The refreshed identity of the complex will be visible both within Mokotów Nova, but also through a new visual identification, reflecting the ‘green’ transformation of the building.

Mokotów Nova is an office building that for years has been drawing high-profile tenants, thanks in part to its great location and convenient amenities offered within the complex. Despite the existing conveniences, the new owner is adjusting the offer to the growing expectations of tenants and the changing panorama of the immediate vicinity, as well as Warsaw as a whole. We are not surprised, therefore, that the complex continues to gain recognition from more and more companies, and the planned changes will further strengthen Mokotów Nova's position on the market.
About Mokotów Nova
Mokotów Nova is a modern A-class office complex located in Warsaw's Mokotów district at 22 Wołoska St. It consists of three interconnected buildings of varying heights, offering a total of approximately 42,200 sq m of modern office space. The entire investment was completed in 2012 and has since become one of the most popular office locations in this part of the city.
