Łódź office and service complex with the historic Rappaport Villa will be commercialized by the JLL team

JLL advisory company has become the exclusive agent responsible for the commercialization of Rappa Port, a multifunctional investment that includes the historic Rappaport Villa. This unique complex located at 44 Rewolucji 1905 Street in Łódź combines history and modernity, offering residential, office, service, and recreational spaces in a stylish setting in the city center.

Rappa Port is an multifunctional complex situated in the heart of Łódź at 44 Rewolucji 1905 Street. The name of the complex directly refers to Leon Rappaport - a merchant and owner of a large shipping company, whose warehouses and office were located at the site of the new investment. As part of the revitalization, the Rappaport Villa, which is a part of the complex, now gains a second life. This place recreates the location's history with respect to its unique Art Nouveau architecture and Łódź's characteristic red brick, combined with modern buildings. The variety of premises and services gathered in one location caters to the needs of both businesses and the local community. Rappa Port offers fully furnished rental apartments and residential spaces, high-standard office spaces, commercial premises, and the recently opened FitFabric gym. Thanks to its attractive location, the project provides an excellent place to live, spend leisure time, and work.

The office building offers many possibilities for future tenants. The offered office spaces start from 150 sqm. Here, one can find both standard offices and open space offices. Rappa Port provides high-quality interiors with a cozy arrangement. They were designed in a way that the workspaces offer the highest level of comfort and positively influence the employees' wellbeing. The building also offers conference rooms available for rent. The office building is equipped with 25 parking spaces located in an underground garage, which are exclusively for tenants' use. Additionally, above-ground parking spaces are available for those using the facility. The Rappa Port patio will be filled with relaxation zones and diverse greenery, with plantings planned for spring 2025.

Rappa Port is an excellent example of an extraordinary place with the character of Łódź. It stands out not only for its unique approach to designing Łódź's urban fabric but also for its excellent location and a rich portfolio of offered services. The office spaces were created with flexibility and adaptability in mind to meet the diverse needs of modern companies developing their business in Łódź. Rappa Port also offers a wide range of amenities for tenants, from restaurants and a gym to recreation areas, bicycle parking, and electric vehicle charging stations - all to provide employees with an optimal work environment. I'm confident that Rappa Port will find many supporters who will soon start operating in this multifunctional place.
