The company has taken nearly 450 sqm in the building owned by Catalyst Capital, moving from serviced office space located in the same building. JLL supported the tenant in the lease negotiation process.
L.E.K. Consulting is an international consulting firm founded in 1983 in London, where it is still headquartered. It provides consulting services worldwide through a network of nearly 30 offices. The company's European subsidiaries are located in Paris, Madrid and Munich and Warsaw. The team working there is responsible for the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. L.E.K. Consulting is mainly engaged in strategic and transactional consulting. It most often advises Private Equity funds and global corporations operating in the fields of MedTech, Healthcare, Industrial, Consumer goods, Transport, Energy and many others. The firm has previously used space in the City Scape office, located in NOBILIS Business House. In order to provide adequate working conditions in connection with its dynamic development on the Polish market, the company decided to move its office to an area of about 450 sqm in the same building at the beginning of July.
