The Warsaw office building LAKESIDE from ATENOR has been recognised with a Property Design Award at this year's 4 Design Days conference. LAKESIDE is ATENOR's first Warsaw investment and JLL Polska is responsible for the exclusive commercialisation of the building.
The Property Design Awards is a prestigious competition rewarding the best Polish architecture. The competition, which has become a permanent feature on the list of events accompanying 4 Design Days, has been organised since 2016, by PTWP Group, the publisher of PropertyDesign.pl and PropertyNews.pl and the organiser of 4 Design Days event. The contest aims to award the best commercial and public buildings commissioned in 2023 and their creators. The buildings and interiors awarded in the Property Design Awards 2024 are those that represent architecture and design at the highest level.

During this year's competition, the LAKESIDE building was awarded in the office block category. The award was presented during the conference to Maciej Krenek, Country Director Atenor Poland, Rafał Grzelewski, architect, partner and Piotr Bzdel, architect and junior partner from Grupa 5 Architekci.

LAKESIDE is a modern office building with an area of approximately 23,833 sqm. The building received the occupancy permit already in October last year. LAKESIDE has exceeded a 90 per cent occupancy level, and among the tenants of the prestigious office building are the largest Polish and international companies in the medical, energy and IT sectors, among others. The building has already been BREEAM-certified at the construction stage, at the highest level of "Outstanding", and WELL-certified at the "Gold" level. The office building will be equipped with a number of amenities, such as a food court with a café, full infrastructure for cyclists and charging stations for cars, bicycles and electric scooters.
