ATENOR’s new office project in Warsaw called LAKESIDE has been awarded WELL GOLD pre-certification design stage. WELL is a multi-criteria and one of the most demanding building certification systems that puts building users and their comfort in the center of attention. Unlike other popular certificates on the real estate market, it primarily takes into account parameters that affect human health and well-being.

The JW+A team was responsible for the pre-certification of LAKESIDE.
LAKESIDE is the first ATENOR new office project in Warsaw of ca. 24 000 sq m. It will replace University Business Centre I, one of two buildings acquired by ATENOR in Mokotów district in May 2018. The project, beautifully located at the lake, is surrounded with greenery. The plot enjoys a unique location, near Puławska and Rzymowskiego streets as well as the tram loop located close to the building (3 stops to Metro Wilanowska). The building has already been precertified with BREEAM Outstanding certificate. The LAKESIDE building has been designed by Grupa 5 Architects. JLL is the exclusive agent responsible for commercialization of LAKESIDE.
