Wrocław, 29 September 2014 - Katarzyna Krokosińska has joined the Office Agency and Tenant Representation team at the international advisory company JLL as Senior Consultant responsible for the Wrocław market. Her duties will include maintaining good relations with JLL's clients in Lower Silesia, reaching new clients, cooperating with city authorities, other central and local government units, as well as business organisations and investors. Katarzyna will be located in the Wrocław JLL branch at14/6 Solny Square.
Before joining the JLL team, Katarzyna Krokosińska was involved in investment project consultancy. For several years she worked in the Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency and, before its creation, in the Foreign Investment Support Unit operating in Wrocław Municipality. Her responsibilities included planning new areas of development and the implementation of new investor search strategies, as well as supporting the companies already present in Lower Silesia, such as Whirlpool, Bosch, 3M, Volvo, HP and Siemens.
Katarzyna graduated from Wrocław University of Economics (Economic and Political International Relations), Postgraduate Studies in Real Estate Pricing at Wrocław School of Banking, and Postgraduate Studies in International Procedures of Investment Management at Wrocław University of Technology.
