Today JLL Office Leasing and Tenant Representation teams, together with Research and Tetris by Neo Świat experts held the workshops for office occupiers. The agenda included Warsaw office market overview, global real estate trends, presentations on analysis on employees’ expectations regarding office buildings in Poland and information on fit-out and space arrangement, together with advise on minimizing the risks. The workshops were designed for office occupiers. The event took place in Spektrum Tower in Warsaw.
There was also a special building tour organized for all of the workshops attendees. JLL would like to thank Warimpex, the owner of the Spektrum Tower, for hosting the event on 21st floor.
