JLL has been selected by Immofinanz as the property manager of the Park Postępu office complex in Warsaw. JLL took over management of the building on 1st April 2018.
From the moment of taking over management of Park Postępu, JLL is responsible for providing the full spectrum of services in the area of property management, including maintaining relationships with tenants, handling financial aspects for the investment and conducting technical, operational as well as administrative supervision.
“Park Postępu is located in the very heart of the business district in Mokotów. The investment was developed in compliance with the principles of sustainable building. So it provides flexible and comfortable office space in an excellent location. Upon selecting a partner, to whom we could entrust the management of the complex, knowledge and previous experience in providing this type of services was of paramount importance.
