JLL wins CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Award for the third time in a row
During this year’s CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards event, JLL was recognized as the best company providing strategic real estate services for the business services sector (The Best Real Estate Advisory Services Firm of the Year) in Central and Eastern Europe. JLL’s Office Agency and Tenant Representation Team won in the real estate category for the third consecutive year.

JLL advised on lease agreements totaling 285,000 sq m out of which over 100,000 sq m was leased by companies from the business services sector. Clients that we provided advisory services in 2015 include Shell, Capgemini, Credit Suisse, Unit4, AstraZeneca or Elavon”
In 2015, companies from the business services sector leased approx. 360,000 sq m of office space in the major office markets in Poland (excluding Warsaw). This accounts for approx. 56% of overall take-up registered outside the capital city.
