Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services (STTAS), the largest provider of customs and international trade services worldwide, moved to its new premises in Business Garden complex in Warsaw. The company occupies 1,300 sq m of office space on the second and third floors of the complex’s building I. Experts from JLL represented the tenant during the negotiation of lease terms. While searching for a new office for STTAS, we concentrated on modern, flexible schemes. Potential locations had to offer good transport links as well as the capacity to enable the company to have space which could allow for further development in the same location.
