Advisory firm JLL is proud to announce promotions to National Director positions within the company’s consulting structures in Poland. The title of National Director has been granted to: Joanna Kaczmarek-Walas, Łukasz Mazurczak, Aneta Parzuchowska, Karol Patynowski and Agata Zając.
Joanna Kaczmarek-Walas
Joanna Kaczmarek-Walas has been promoted to National Director in the Valuations Department. She has 12 years' professional experience on the commercial real estate market. Her areas of specialization include preparation and co-ordination of valuations for retail projects as well as conducting portfolio analyses. She has co-operated with leading investors and developers including Unibail Rodamco, Skanska, Real2B, Peakside Polonia Management, ING Lease, Immofinanz AG, First Property Poland. She is a certified property appraiser and a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Joanna graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking, and completed her post-graduate studies in Valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology. Furthermore, she also graduated in Real Estate Investment and Management from Sheffield Hallam University (MSc in Property Appraisal and Management).
Łukasz Mazurczak
Łukasz Mazurczak has been promoted to National Director in the Property Management Department. Łukasz is an expert with 17 years' experience on the real estate market. His main responsibility is to supervise operations and processes related to office property management as well as ensuring the development of both the department and portfolio of projects managed by his team. Furthermore, his key areas of focus include the supervision of technical managers as well as ensuring the improvement and development of employees’ skills. He is also a specialist in strategic procurement of electricity and methods of quality management. Łukasz has co-operated with leading developers, investment funds and other property owners – including Asbud, Aviva, CA Immo, Crownway, Blackstone, Ghelamco, GLL, Hansa Investments, HB Reavis, Heitman, Peakside, RREEF (DWAM), Skanska.
Łukasz graduated from the University of Economics in Krakow - the faculty of Economics of Real Estate and Investment Processes.
Aneta Parzuchowska
Aneta Parzuchowska has been promoted to National Director in the Marketing and Communications Department. Aneta has 19 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy as well as coordination of mutual marketing initiatives in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. She manages a team of specialists in the area of: brand identity, corporate marketing, property marketing, digital marketing and graphic design. Her main fields of specialization include development and coordination of rebranding campaigns as well as supporting the development of business lines.
Aneta graduated in International Relations from the Warsaw School of Economics.
Karol Patynowski
Karol Patynowski has been promoted to National Director in the Office Agency and Tenant Representation Department. Karol has 10 years' experience on the commercial real estate market in the area of advisory services provided to corporate clients searching for office space – both in terms of development and implementation of long-term lease strategies as well as conducting negotiations of commercial terms. He has co-operated with global brands such as Accenture, The Boston Consulting Group, Cisco, Eurobank, Honeywell, KPMG, Play, Philips, P&G, Samsung, Unit4, IMS Health or Wolters Kluwer. Karol specializes in tenant advisory services in terms of new office space selection, development and restructuring of real estate portfolios, consolidations, relocations and renegotiations.
Karol graduated in International Relations from University of Warsaw, and completed his post-graduate studies in Management at Warsaw School of Economics.
Agata Zając
Agata Zając has been promoted to National Director in the Industrial Department. She is responsible for coordinating and supervising land sale and acquisition transactions for both industrial and warehouse projects. She is involved in conducting analyses regarding zoning, legal and technical aspects of particular real estate as well as providing documentation on investment areas, developing databases and graphic designs of projects. She has advised on selection and land purchase transactions for developers such as Goodman, Panattoni, Prologis and MLP. Agata has been involved in investment land acquisition transactions for numerous projects including the OSI production facility in Ostróda (11 ha), the Nestlé plant in Wrocław (13,5 ha) or the Volkswagen production facility in Września (300 ha). She has seven years' experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Agata graduated in Local Planning from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, and in Property Valuation from the Warsaw University of Technology.
