Companies from the business services sector constitute one of the driving forces behind the dynamic development of the office market, and buoyant local labor markets in major Polish cities. These companies are some of the most demanding investors, whether in relation to their recruitment requirements, locations for new business projects, or the quality of office space. So we are very glad that we will be actively working with ABSL for another year, co-operating closely with the representatives of the business services industry and advising them on the best strategies for developing their business
JLL has been cooperating with ABSL since the organization's inception.
“We have been cooperating with JLL for almost a decade. Their experts have been supporting us with their knowledge and experience since the very early days of ABSL. Analysis of the real estate market is crucial for the development of business services in Poland. This is now especially the case with the increasing availability of A-class office spaces that play a key role for investors which are looking at launching their operation centers in Poland. We are delighted to have the support of JLL’s expertise in this area”, says Piotr Dziwok, ABSL President.
