Irydion refreshes its image

A showroom opens in Irydion while building revamps its logo and website

A 1,000 sq m showroom presenting a fully fitted-out office space has been opened in the Irydion office building in Warsaw.

Karolina Adamiak, Junior Consultant, Office Agency, JLL, commented: “The showroom, finished to a high standard, was created in response to the needs of companies seeking highly specified office space. Potential tenants visiting the showroom have the opportunity to find out how their office will actually look and what options are on offer for space arrangement.”

The office building’s identity has also been updated – a new logo and website (www.irydion.com.pl) have been created. The scheme’s owner is also planning further refurbishments to the reception area in the autumn.

Irydion is located in Warsaw's Żoliborz district – a rapidly developing office location, which is a strong alternative especially for companies who appreciate proximity to the city center, good communications and access to green areas. The key benefit of the building is its location at the intersection of Powązkowska and Krasińskiego streets. The building offers easy and fast access to Warsaw city center by public transport and the Plac Wilsona underground station. The building's location also offers a convenient route out of town with its proximity to the S8 highway. The Klif and Arkadia shopping centers are also located close by.

The building has a total of approximately 9,200 sq m of office space, located over 5 floors. At the moment, Irydion offers approximately 2,000 sq m of office space ready to lease, which can be divided into smaller units ranging from 200 to 1,000 sq m on a single floor. An additional advantage of the building is a 0% common area add on factor. The project’s owner is the Aviva Investors Central European Property Fund – part of a British multinational insurance company. JLL acts as the exclusive agent responsible for the scheme’s commercialisation.

Mikomax and Aquina provided the furniture for the area.
