Warsaw, 14 December 2015 – Inoffice Group, a company providing business solutions in the area of serviced and virtual offices as well as conference rooms, has leased additional space on the 9th floor of the Lumen building in Warsaw. Inoffice Group now occupies over 2,700 sq m. JLL company represented the building’s owner during the lease transaction.
Lumen and Skylight, owned and managed by Unibail-Rodamco, offer approx. 45,000 sq m of class A+ office space. Schemes are directly connected with the Złote Tarasy shopping and entertainment center. Furthermore, the complex provides a four-floor underground parking lot with approx. 1,600 parking spaces.

International advisory firm JLL is responsible for acquiring new tenants and renegotiations of lease agreements in the Lumen and Skylight office buildings.
