A Modern and Flexible Workspace in the Heart of Warsaw

Grammarly’s new hub is located in the Warsaw Financial Center (WFC), a prime business destination in the city center. The space has undergone extensive refurbishment, featuring custom branding and furnishings, creating a modern, comfortable office with capacity for up to 70 workstations. Grammarly’s Warsaw hub operates under the myoffice flex concept developed by CPI Property Group (CPIPG), ensuring premium serviced office solutions for tenants.

– „Our goal was to create a modern, friendly, and comfortable working environment where our team members' needs come first. Additionally, as a global company, we needed a location that offers easy and efficient commutes, with convenient access to the main train station and the airport for international travel. Our new hub meets these expectations and provides the perfect space to maximize productivity and focus on innovation.”  – says Anatolii Visikirskyi, Director of People Operations and Technology, Grammarly.

WFC is one of the most recognizable office buildings in Warsaw, and we're glad we could help our client secure its new space here. It was important that Grammarly’s new hub be designed to meet all of the company’s needs while ensuring a comfortable working environment for employees. The new space achieves this, thanks to WFC’s extensive amenities and excellent location.

– "The myoffice brand of serviced offices has been part of CPIPG’s offering for some time, but this is the first time such offices are being introduced at the Warsaw Financial Center. This solution is ideal for tenants who need a dedicated space within a fully managed office environment—precisely what Grammarly sought for its entry into the Polish market. Their choice of WFC also reflects the building’s high ESG standards." – says Katarzyna Ciszkowska, Leasing Manager, Office, CPI Property Group.
