“UP” Fitness Club with a Mission enters Wrocław as yet another tenant at the Infinity – an office building being built by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with its business partner Alchemy Properties at Plac Jana Pawła II. This modern club will occupy almost 1,350 sqm. of space on the building’s first floor. “UP” Fitness Club at the Infinity is scheduled to open in Q4 2023.
“UP” Fitness Club with a Mission is a network of clubs throughout Poland, including in Poznań, Gdańsk and Grudziądz. The Infinity office building will be the company’s tenth location, but the first one in Wrocław. “UP” is a chain of eco-friendly fitness clubs, taking care of the health of each club member by focusing on a comprehensive range of services. “UP” brings together a community that cares about healthy lifestyle, physical activity and healthy eating habits. And all this in harmony with nature and with respect for it.
The modernly furnished club at the Infinity building will feature areas for group exercise, workout machines and free weights, in addition to a functional zone and a cardio zone. There will also be a relaxation area, with a sauna and a solarium, as well as a rest area with sofas and books. The “UP” club at the Infinity will be open to everybody: employees of the office building as well as all those interested in sports training and a healthy lifestyle will be able to join.

“UP” Fitness Club will occupy almost 1,350 sqm. on the first floor of the Infinity office building. In the process of negotiating the multi-year lease, Avestus Real Estate was advised by JLL, while the tenant was represented by Colliers.
The Infinity will be a seven-storey Class A office building with 18,727 sqm. of office space, 1,561 sqm. of retail space and a three-storey underground car park holding 311 parking spaces (including spaces with electric vehicle charging stations). With cyclists in mind, 120 bicycle stands will be fitted in an enclosed area provided with changing rooms and showers. The office building will be BREEAM-certified at Excellent level, and WELL Health-Safety certified to confirm the high standard of safety procedures.
In addition to its unique and highly distinctive architecture, the latest technologies will also be employed at the Infinity, for instance, an innovative tenant service platform developed by spaceOS. Touchless solutions, tilting windows and top-quality air filters will ensure the safety and comfort of its users. The Infinity will also feature an impressive lobby with dedicated seating for building visitors. Spacious terraces with elements of street architecture and greenery will be created on the roof of the office building. Everything about the Infinity project, from the construction work to the technologies and solutions used, to the management of the building, is carried out in accordance with ESG criteria to guarantee the building’s low carbon footprint and minimise its environmental impact.
The architectural design of Infinity was prepared by AD Studio, its general contractor is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, while JLL is in charge of its commercialisation. In addition to “UP” Fitness Club, tenants of the office building developed at Plac Jana Pawła II in Wrocław include Divante, FutureMeds, Medicover Stomatology, Gorąco Polecam. Smaki z Piekarni bakery, Żabka grocery store or Toscanizzazione restaurant.
Intensive installation and finishing works are currently taking place on the construction site. The entire project is scheduled for completion in Q2 2023.
