Eolus Poland, a renewable energy developer from Sweden, will become one of the tenants of LIFE Building. It will soon occupy nearly 300 sqm of the office building located in Warsaw's Wola district. JLL Polska, representing VIG Fund, is responsible for the full commercialisation of LIFE Building, while Eolus Poland was represented by Find Office in the negotiation process.
Eolus Poland has been operating on the Polish market since 2021 and is part of the Swedish Eolus Group which is listed on the NASDAQ Stockholm Stock Exchange. The company's portfolio includes solar, onshore and offshore wind and energy storage projects. It has attractive and competitive investments for both local and international investors as well as energy consumers. In April this year, Eolus Poland will move its headquarters to LIFE Building, where it will occupy a 276 sq m space.
The idea of revitalising an existing office building and the concept of sustainability really resonates with us. Furthermore, at Eolus we support the development of biodiversity and were pleased that the building where we will have our new office also contributes to this by creating green islands, with the planting of flowers, herbs and melliferous plants. The proximity to public transport and space for bicycles is also important for us. With this in mind, it was only natural that we chose LIFE Building. – Concludes Daniel Larsson, Country Manager of Eolus Poland.
We are delighted to be able to announce that already at the start of the year, another company has decided to move its office to LIFE Building. In fact, an increasing number of companies have been attracted to the building since it underwent revitalisation. Apart from its location, the well-known LIFE Building also impresses with the quality and amenities dedicated to its tenants, such as the LIFE_Executive Lounge, LIFE_Terrace, which act as impressive relaxation and meeting areas for all of the building's employees.
The 13-storey office building LIFE Building, formerly known as Atrium Tower, is located in the centre of Warsaw, at 25 Jana Pawła II Avenue - one of the most significant locations on the business map of Warsaw. Thanks to its central location, the building is well-served by public transport, and is a short walk from the M2 Rondo ONZ metro line, and a number of bus and tram stops. Its total floor area is 11,870 square metres. Features of the office building include areas dedicated to tenants, such as the LIFE_Executive Lounge and LIFE_terrace, where they can hold business meetings, relax with a book from the library, have lunch together or meet with other employees in a less formal setting.
The LIFE Building underwent a major refurbishment in 2023, acquiring a refreshed image and high quality spaces. In its new guise, the building has become a green oasis, with a distinctive use of natural elements in the communal spaces and the use of industrial character elements - lush greenery and contrasting steel structures and concrete surfaces. The building’s modernity, combined with innovative green solutions, helps in maintaining a work-life balance.
