Empark Mokotów Business Park attracts new tenants

Warsaw, 22 October, 2014 – Warsaw’s Empark Mokotów Business Park office complex continues to attract the attention of tenants from both Polish businesses and international corporations. In Q2 and Q3 of 2014, new lease agreements were signed by several companies, including, i.a., PZU (over 1,700 sq m), Heinz (687 sq m) and AstraZeneca Pharma Poland (an additional 532 sq m of office space for Operational Centre of Clinical Research). Furthermore, standing lease agreements were renewed by CHEP Polska Sp. z o.o. (1,247 sq m with an expansion) and Intrum Justitia (1,247 sq m), among others.

Due to this continued interest in the property, a total of 8,970 sq m was leased in Q2 and Q3.
