The Embassy of the Republic of Iceland is joining the ranks of Focus office building tenants. It is another diplomatic institution, along with the Norwegian Embassy and the Norwegian Refugee Council, that has appreciated the qualities of the building and its location at 26 Armii Ludowej Avenue in Warsaw. In addition to Poland, the Embassy is also accredited in Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria. It will be the country's 27th diplomatic post worldwide.
The Embassy of Iceland has decided to lease the space with the best view - on the green Pole Mokotowskie. The interiors will be finished with high-quality materials using natural colours referring to Icelandic landscapes. The new office will serve both, the embassy employees and their guests. The office will meet the rigorous security requirements set by such an institution. In April, the finishing works of the new space were completed and thus the employees of the Embassy of Iceland began their activities at Al. Armii Ludowej 26 in Warsaw.
„Focus has once again been trusted by such a serious and international institution as the embassy of a country. New solutions are constantly being introduced in the office building to ensure high-quality space for tenants and top-notch security. I am convinced that the representatives of the Embassy of Iceland will feel comfortable in Focus and will take full advantage of the potential that the building and its location have. I am glad that we will be able to participate in strengthening Icelandic-Polish relations in Warsaw, and we look forward to long-term cooperation.” – says Wiktoria Weilandt, Senior Consultant, JLL Office Agency.
