The company continues its expansion on office markets outside Warsaw
JLL, the leading real estate advisory firm, has announced the appointment of Dorota Gruchała as head of JLL's office in Kraków. Furthermore, at the beginning of the year, the team also welcomed two new specialists - Adam Włochyński and Agnieszka Majka - Pietruszka.
Dorota Gruchała is responsible for managing the team of experts specializing in office leasing and tenant representation as well as the development of JLL’s projects in both Kraków and Katowice.
Dorota’s experience and knowledge of the office market combined with long-term relations with JLL’s clients will contribute to the successful continuation of our business development strategy in Kraków and Katowice.
Dorota Gruchała has been working in JLL for 10 years. Before being appointed as head of the Kraków office, she was running projects in the areas of tenant and office landlord representation. Her responsibilities included the commercialization of office buildings located in Kraków and Katowice, establishing long-term lease strategies, marketing plans and preparing market analyses as well as conducting both negotiations and re-negotiations of deals. Throughout her professional career, she has co-operated with brands such as Ericsson, SAP, HireRight, UBS, TriGranit and Warimpex. Dorota graduated from the Jagiellonian University, and the University of Silesia.
But this is not the end of the changes in JLL's Kraków unit - Adam Włochyński and Agnieszka Majka – Pietruszka have recently joined JLL’s team in Kraków. The expansion of JLL’s Kraków office, which constitutes part of the company’s consistent business strategy aimed at strengthening its position on the office markets outside Warsaw, is a response to the market's dynamic growth. In 2017, the demand for office space in the major cities outside Warsaw, totaled nearly 675,000 sq m, 15% higher than in the previous year. Approx. 201,000 sq m was leased in Kraków alone.
