Renegotiation of the contract and comprehensive consulting on space arrangement were provided by JLL.
Brown-Forman Polska, a branch of Brown-Forman Corporation, the oldest and largest American company that produces premium spirits, has extended its lease agreement for 1,300 sqm in Immofinanz’s myhive Park Postępu office building in Warsaw. In the renegotiation process the tenant was represented by experts from international consulting company, JLL.
JLL experts were also responsible for comprehensive workplace consultancy, which included its assessment of the space in terms of matching it, according to the tenant’s guidelines, to the company's profile and the team' needs.

myhive Park Postępu is an office complex comprising four 7-storey state-of-the-art buildings with a total leasable area of 34,000 sqm. Brown-Forman Poland is part of the American giant which operates in the premium spirits industry. The company's portfolio includes brands such as: Finlandia Vodka and Jack Daniel's. Brown-Forman has been present in Poland since 1993.
