UNITY Centre complex will welcome a new tenant in the second half of this year. BrainSHARE IT will occupy nearly 1,100 sq m, the entire seventh floor, in Krakow's tallest office building. ITRA Polska advisors represented the tenant in the transaction process, while JLL, the exclusive agent responsible for the complex's commercialization, represented the landlord.
BrainSHARE IT is a leader in the Polish market for comprehensive solutions for companies and accounting offices. The company's flagship product is SaldeoSMART software, a revolutionary tool for managing financial documents and information, which automates accounting processes in companies and makes them simpler and more efficient.

The tenant will occupy the highest 'large' floor in UNITY Tower with an area of over 1,000 sq m. We are glad that a Krakow-based company has decided to relocate to UNITY Centre, appreciated the location and all the amenities of the complex, and that it will become our neighbor. JLL has been testing the building as a tenant for several months now, and so far, this test has been exceptionally successful.

UNITY Centre is the largest multifunctional business center in Krakow, located at Mogilskie Roundabout, consisting of five buildings arranged around the public UNITY Square. The entire complex has 50,000 sq m GLA of leasable space. UNITY Centre includes three office buildings, together with the tallest skyscraper in Krakow - UNITY Tower, with a height of 102.5 meters. This building offers 17,500 sq m GLA of office and service space on its 27 above-ground floors.
UNITY Centre stands out with its excellent location in the heart of Kraków, directly at the largest public transport hub, Mogilskie Roundabout. This year, there is expected the opening of The Shire serviced offices, The Miners cafe, and the Arcade Bee entertainment.
