Alektum, a company from the debt collection sector, has leased 900 sqm in the Bema Plaza building in Wrocław. The commercialization of the office building is supervised by the consulting company JLL. Fit-out of the space is on the landlord's side, according to the agreement concluded.
Alektum is a Swedish-based, family-owned company founded in 1992. The company is present in 15 European markets and has more than 650 employees. It specialises in corporate finance solutions and advisory services.
