The revitalised LIFE Building has gained another tenant. In November this year, a well-known hotel brand, B&B HOTELS, will move into the office building owned by VIG Fund. In the transaction, VIG Fund was represented by JLL Polska, the exclusive agent responsible for the commercialisation of LIFE Building, with legal support from Deloitte Legal. The tenant was represented by Find Office.
B&B HOTELS, an international chain of budget hotels, will lease 300 sq m of space in the LIFE Building, starting in November 2024. The global brand has more than 770 hotels worldwide, including 14 hotels in Poland. The chain focuses on the individual design of each location and the high quality of the guest’s experience, while placing great emphasis on the easy accessibility of the managed facilities. Furthermore, B&B HOTELS, as a company, constantly undertakes subsequent pro-ecological projects aimed at minimising the impact of its activities on the environment.
The revitalised LIFE Building is very comfortable in many respects. It’s environmentally friendly, perfectly located, and reflects the standards of all the hotels in the B&B HOTELS chain. We are extremely pleased that another world-class brand has decided to lease space in this office building. It also confirms how effective the building’s modernisation has been and what a success it is. The 13-storey office building LIFE Building, formerly known as Atrium Tower, is located in the centre of Warsaw, at 25 Jana Pawła II Avenue - one of the most well-known points on the business map of Warsaw. Thanks to its central location, the building is well-served by public transport with the M2 Rondo ONZ metro line, bus and tram stops all within easy reach. Its total area is 11,870 thousand square metres. The office building's distinguishing features include areas dedicated to tenants, such as the LIFE_Executive Lounge and the LIFE_terrace, where one can hold business meetings, relax with a book from the library, have lunch together or meet with other employees in a less formal setting.
The LIFE Building underwent a major refurbishment in 2023, giving it a refreshed image and high quality space. In its new guise, the building has become a green oasis, with a distinctive use of nature in the communal areas and the utilisation of industrial character elements - lush greenery and contrasting steel structures as well as concrete surfaces.
