HB Reavis, the international real estate development group operating in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe, the United Kingdom and Turkey, has signed a new lease agreement at the Gdański Business Center with Digital Virgo, a provider of mobile value added services. The new tenant will occupy 800 sq m on the seventh floor of building B.
Digital Virgo, a leading provider of mobile value added services in Poland and Slovakia, has been operating since the year 2000. The Company provides services for the B2B market, with clients including mobile phone operators, media outlets, marketers, advertising agencies, media houses, telephone manufacturers and mobile app developers. Digital Virgo’s offering covers the full mobile spectrum, including mobile applications, mobile transaction solutions, SMS/MMS/Voice advertising campaigns, the design of mobile phone competitions and lotteries. Examples of successful projects undertaken by the company include the provision of technical support for the ‘Środa z Orange’ (‘Wednesday with Orange’) campaign and the development of a mobile app for the ‘T-Mobile Nowe Horyzonty’ film festival.
Digital Virgo will be moving into its new home at Gdański Business Center in January 2016, with an office space comprising 813 sq m, and a spacious terrace, on the seventh floor of building B of the complex. Digital Virgo was represented in the negotiations by global real estate adviser JLL.

With an attractive sandstone façade, the eight storey B building is equipped, among other facilities, with a high-tech Business Management System, seven elevators and individually operated air conditioning systems, with the entire development exclusively powered by renewably sourced energy, helping it achieve a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM Certificate for its sustainable design and features.
“The agreement with Digital Virgo adds to a series of successful lease contracts agreed at the Gdański Business Center this year. As a result, the first phase of the project has already been 80% let. We are currently in the process of negotiating further lease agreements with potential tenants and I have no doubt that both buildings will be fully occupied soon”, said Grzegorz Strutyński, Commercial Director and Member of the Management Board at HB Reavis Poland.
The first phase of the Gdański Business Center complex was launched last year. The two remaining buildings are scheduled for opening in Q1 2016. The total leasing area of this development (phases I and II combined) will amount to over 98 000 sq m.
