AML RightSource, the global leader in financial crime compliance, has moved into the Wadowicka 3c building, part of the Wadowicka Sp. z o. o. project, owned by REINO Capital Partners. AML RightSource's new office space totals over 4400 sqm spread across 3 floors of the building. JLL provided advisory services in the selection process.

The new office will provide approximately 540 working spaces, spread over 4,473 sq m GLA, on the second, third and fourth floors of Building C. This is one of three buildings that make up the complex. As part of the lease, the three floors AML RightSource occupies have been fully adapted to their needs in under six months. The AML RightSource lease is the largest new lease transaction in the Krakow office market in the first half of 2023.
Meeting every demand of the client was essential in selecting the ideal office for AML RightSource. All of AML RightSource's Polish staff members work from the office, which is extremely uncommon in this day and age. This was a big factor as the company needed a proper workspace in addition to dealing with security challenges specific to its operations. Wadowicka 3 is a complex of three seven-storey office buildings, completed in 2021, offering a total of approximately 32,000 sqm of office space with additional services on the ground floor. The buildings have eight floors above ground and one underground. A typical floor area is approximately 1,500 square metres. The complex also offers above-ground and underground parking spaces. A distinctive feature of the development is the buildings' very attractive broken glass façade. The class A development has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
The office complex is located in the southern part of Krakow, on Wadowicka Street, providing its tenants with excellent access to public transport. The proximity to numerous bus and tram lines as well as Matecznego Roundabout, which is an important transport hub of the city, ensures easy and fast access to the centre and other districts of Krakow. Balice International Airport is a 20-minute drive away.
