Adidas to move to Business Garden in Warsaw

SwedeCenter, the investor and the developer of the Business Garden office park in Warsaw, has signed a long-term lease agreement with adidas for 2 800 sq m.  The company will occupy the second floor in one of the two office buildings that are scheduled for completion in the first phase of development.  Jones Lang LaSalle represented tenant in the transaction.

Currently there are advanced negotiations for a few thousand square metres of office space and we expect to sign other lease agreements shortly.”

Business Garden Warsaw, a flagship office investment of SwedeCenter, is located at the crossroads of Żwirki Wigury and 1 Sierpnia streets in Warsaw. Upon completion, the office complex will have more than 90,000 sq m of office, hotel, conference, trade and services space, spread over in seven buildings. The first phase of investment will consist of two buildings offering a total of around 32 000 sq m. The first office building will include around 14 600 sq m of office space, eight conference rooms, a terrace on the green roof of the first floor, a business hotel with 200 rooms, a restaurant, a café, shops and services units. The second building will provide another 17,500 sq m, designed exclusively for office use. The completion of the first stage of development is planned for Q3 2012.
