Warsaw, 17 November 2015 – Acxiom Global Services Centre, providing complex IT support services for Acxiom’s clients and units throughout the world, will occupy an entire floor (with the opportunity for expansion) in the Olivia Four building, part of the Olivia Business Centre office complex.
The services unit of Acxiom – a global leader in providing and managing customer information – will relocate to its new Tri-City office in February 2016. Experts from JLL represented the tenant in the search for the location and negotiation of lease terms.
Acxiom Global Services Centre has been operating successfully in the Tri-City since 2008. The company intended to secure the most comfortable working conditions as possible. As a result of the company’s development and the need to consolidate, Acxiom were looking for modern space in a convenient location in the vicinity of the company’s current headquarters. Olivia Four proved to be the best choice. Its advantages include its business surroundings.
Olivia Four, an 11-floor modern office building providing 14,700 sq m of leasable space is the fourth phase of the Olivia Business Centre office complex, currently the biggest office park in the Tri-City.

Total office space stock in the Tri-City reached 541,000 sq m by the end of Q3 2015. This means the region is fourth in Poland for market scale behind Warsaw, Kraków and Wrocław.
