Royal Wilanów is a new A class office building offering approx. 35,000 sq m of space for lease, including 29,000 sq m of office space located on storeys from 1 to 4 and approx. 7,000 sq m of retail space located on the ground floor. The project is located in a prestigious and dynamicly developing Wilanów district, in the green and treed campus, in close proximity to Wilanów Palace and nature reserves. Next to the building there are bus lines linking the office building among others with big transportation hub at Wilanowska Metro Station. The employees working in the complex would use also a free of charge special bus. Proximity of the main roads and access to the public transport facilities provide the connection of Royal Wilanów with the whole city. Additional advantage of the location is an express road S2 planned in this area. The office building is located between the shopping center and the City Hall.
