Building description

GIP Starter is a project implemented by Gdansk Entrepreneurship Foundation in cooperation with The City of Gdansk. This building offers office space in preferential rates for companies starting their business. It contains around 2 500 m2 of the modern office space for lease, along with ground floor service component. The building consists of two linked parts (three and five-storey). A typical floor in the building is around 350– 900 m2 and contains high class air conditioning, dropped ceilings and raised floors, as well as professional security and fire alarm systems. The building also offers 104 underground parking places for tenants and 26 surface spaces for guests.
