Yacht Park & Marina Yacht Park has reached the finals in the international competition Le Marché International des Professionnels de L'immobilier (MIPIM) Awards 2021 in the category "Best Cultural and Sports Infrastructure". It is one of four finalists and will compete for the top prize with Nicozja in Cyprus as well as Rezekne in Latvia and Colorado Springs in the USA. Elektrownia Powiśle in Warsaw has also qualified for the finals but in a different category.

The competition is organized to honor the most outstanding, unique, and innovative real estate concepts in the world, and the awards have been held since 1991. 172 projects from 36 countries have participated. This year the winners will be announced in early September at a gala event in Cannes.
