The Green Towers office complex located in Wroclaw is composed of two phases: the first phase covering ten-storey office building offering more than 11 000 sqm of office space for rent had been completed in March, while at the end of April the first tenants: Ernst & Young and Allegro Group had moved in. The second phase will provide the next ten-storey office building with leasable area of over 11 000 sqm. The completion of the investment is scheduled for the beginning of 2013.
