This month will start the construction of the first building of Promenady residential and office complex, situated at Rychtalska Street in Wrocław. The 5-storey office building named Epsilon, will be completed in the middle of next year. Promenady will be the second largest residential and office complex in Wrocław and will offer for lease approximately 80 000 sqm of office space in total. The whole project should be completed in seven years.
