In southern Poland, one of the first wooden modular office buildings was built in Oleśnica near Wrocław. The building took just a few weeks to assemble thanks to the use of ecological modular technology.
The office building was designed and constructed with modern architectural solutions, using innovative technologies and pro-environmental installations. The building fits into the low-rise landscape around the city pond and the considerable amount of greenery surrounding it.
The design envisaged the use of prefabricated timber modules due to their high strength and rigidity, as well as excellent thermal performance and high fire resistance. Its total area is approximately 1 300 square metres, including the necessary associated infrastructure. The area surrounding the investment has been landscaped with decorative lawns, numerous trees and shrubs and a rain garden. A car park for 46 cars has been designed for the users of the office building.
