At the intersection of Idzikowskiego and Sobieskiego Streets the new investment of Todan Development Idzikowskiego Investment is going to rise. Witosa Point is a project of 6-storey office building with 2 levels of underground parking lot with 112 parking spaces. Usable space of the building will reach 9,257 sq m, while the typical floor will create the modern work space for approx. 140 people.
Curenntly foundations preparation works are in progress. The investor's estimation claims, that the building will obtain the usage permit in February 2018.
