Warta Tower skyscraper has been sold. For the new investor, Warta Tower is the main asset in the investment portfolio. The building is distinguished by its great location in the center of Warsaw and a large lease area.
The new owner decided to carry out a general renovation. The aim of the renovation is to achieve the highest standard and open the building to city residents and visitors. After renovation, the building's name will be changed.
Warta Tower will reopen in 2023.
