Warsaw office building P180 has received LEED Core & Shell certification at the highest platinum level. The building's ecological solutions save 3.9 million liters of water, reduce electricity consumption by 47.9% and lower CO2 emissions by 3,969 tons.
P180 is powered entirely by wind energy. As the first building in this part of Europe, in its construction was used low-emission concrete. In addition, materials sourced from local suppliers and recycled ones were also used. The building has a BMS system and tenant spaces have advanced temperature control equipment.
The P180 was completed in September 2022, offering its tenants 32,000 sqm of modern office space on 15 floors above ground. The building provides 190 parking spaces in a four-level underground parking garage.
