The location of the current hotel at Złota street will be replaced by a new high-rise building. It is planned to be 240 metres high. The complex will include 20 000 m² of hotel space and around 60 000 m² of office space. The ground floor will be used for retail and service activities, while an underground car park will provide 45 spaces for cars.
Two buildings are planned to be constructed: one 30 metres high and the other 180 metres high. A 50-metre high spire will be an addition to the complex. A construction start date is not expected any time soon. At the moment, it is known that the necessary documentation is being prepared.
