The historic building of the former Saski Hotel in Warsaw will change into a modern office building. The Investor - Plac Bankowy 1 Company has already got a building permit, agreed with the Capital Conservator of Monuments. The building will be extended by an additional section and raised in accordance with the architectural design prepared by MAAS studio.
The building will house approximately 7 000 m2 of useable space, including approximately 6 000 m2 of office space. On two underground levels will be about 50 parking spaces, available for the tenants. Into the project is also involved, a famous Hollywood set designer Alan Starski, who will design the communal courtyard with cafes, restaurants and shops. The investment is meant to be completed in 2012, and its cost is estimated at 25 million zloties.
