LHI company, the investor of recently completed Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich office building is ready for new investments. New building will arise in the neighborhood at 25 Chmielna Street. The new investment will provide about 3 800 sqm of office space and approximately 1 800 sq m of retail space for lease.
From Chmielna Street the building will be four-storey high, while in the depths of the plot from Widok street the object will be higher by two additional floors. The investor has a valid building permit and intends to start the construction in November 2011.
