Complex University Business Park in Łódź, both buildings A and B, received the green certificate BREEAM In-Use in categories Asset Performance and Building Management on 'Excellent' level.
UBP received the maximum points in: use of ecological building materials, waste management and general impact on the environment. Use of technologies good for health, well-being and comfort of the employees are also appreciated in this certification.
